Deposits: Reservations will be confirmed only after we recieve your deposit in full.
Cancellations: Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance, in the event that you need to cancel your reservation this will ensure your costs are covered. As a small B&B, cancellations do have a negative effect on us, we ask that you bear this fact in mind when considering our policy of retaining deposits in the event of a cancellation:
If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation, please contact us by telephone. We will ofcourse make every effort to re-book the room, however, unless we are able to do so, your deposit will not be refunded.
Check-in: Guests can check in at any time between 4:00pm and 7:00 pm. Check in can be provided outside these times with prior arrangement. If you are behind schedule, or expect to arrive outside these times, please provide us with as much notice as possible relating to your expected time of arrival. We will do our very best to accomodate your requirements.
Smoking: In accordance with UK legislation, smoking is not permittted inside Rolands Croft Guest House. An outside smoking area is provided.
Pets: Dogs are welcome at Rolands Croft. Dogs must be trained and well behaved. Dogs may not be left alone in the room. The proprietor is not liable for the health or safety of any pets.
Breakages: Guests are accountable for any costs we incur relating to breakages, damage, or loss. Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
